The Details:
We worked with the building architect to nestle the home into the wooded hillside, capture passive solar gain, slow and retain water on-site through winding terraces; a winding walk to the front door leads through entry gardens that frame family artwork and heirlooms, and a private outdoor shower and hot tub grotto is tucked around the back; neighbors are greeted and starry nights enjoyed from atop the front or rear rooftop decks.
